| Blender Headerliner Kit |
This affordable and simple to install headerliner kit allows
for the permanent modification of the standard 6” and 8”
header pipe inside the blender drum.
Constructed of pre-formed 1/8” HMW Polyethylene, (same
as blender wall liner material) it wraps around the pipe and
greatly helps the header:

- shed flakes that tend to pile on top of the pipe and
create surges in the flow of material throughput. - resist resin build-up and clean easier.
Pre-formed “teepee” design wraps around 4”
angle iron and helps shed flakes that tend to
“bird nest” on top of header pipe and create
surging.
Note: Angle iron is not provided with kit and
must be installed (stitch welded to header
pipe) prior to installation of headerliner kit.

Headerliner Kit includes:
8’ sections of 1/8” Polyethylene HMW for entire
length of header pipe.
All mounting hardware, including self-threading
screws, 5 collared drill bits, 5 quick release
clamps, alignment bracket, saddle template and
detailed installation instructions

Self-threading screws secure the seam on the
bottom of the pipe. Special collared drill bits
prevent drilling all the way through the pipe
where hoses and wiring are located.
